Magical Party Rental LLC policies
A 30% deposit fee is required at the time of booking for all rentals and services, the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event day. All rentals are guaranteed after deposit has been made and contract has been signed.
Need to cancel a week before the event? No problem! We will apply your deposit towards a different date.
Cancellations made 48 hours prior to event will be subject to a 20% penalty fee. Rescheduling OUTDOOR events due to weather conditions will not be subject to any penalties.

“Acts of God” are in place when payments are made. Meaning all payments are non-refundable including death in family, weather, pandemic, anything out of our control.
ALL RENTALS WILL BE PICKED UP ON THE SAME DAY.
Magical Party Rental reserves the right to refuse delivery if the venue or site is deemed to be unsuitable.
Magical Party Rental currently services Central and North Jersey area, travel fees may vary.
